The USF Information Technology Management Council is the highest level governance group for recommendations on and articulation of policy, priority, and resource allocation for technology and is a system-wide Council. It is the conduit through which all other technology committees and work groups should bring issues for resolution. It provides advice and counsel regarding issues of information technology to the University Board of Trustees (BOT), the President, and members of the President's Cabinet. The Council provides guidance and recommendations to ensure the best and highest use of university resources in order to provide university-wide consistency and efficiency in policy, priorities, and application of resources for all aspects of information technology. - September 2, 2008
